One of 23 specialized rehabilitation programs designed to coordinate post-acute care within VISN 10 for Veterans and active duty Service Members who have experienced Polytrauma (multiple injuries to more than one body part or organ system) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) related to combat or civilian activity.
