Upon arrival at the PRC you will be welcomed by your case manager, physician, nurse, and military liaison. You will be shown:
Your family member's room-
The nurses' station

How to call for help

How your family member will be monitored by staff

The PRC team will inquire about and address any issues or concerns that arose during your travel.

Let the PRC staff know how to help you feel comfortable at the PRC.

Within the first two days, you will be offered a tour of the facility and receive information about lodging and the surrounding community.
